I figured out what that aching grumbling in my stomach is at bedtime...It the sound of the pounds being destroyed!!! Yay, hungry tummy! :-)
168.8 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
