well I'd definately put on the covid kilos .. using a 16:8 fasting approach to cut back, I've done omad and 5:2 so I know this should work
. hoping this is a good balance.. I'd be happy to get back to 103 and more over the next few weeks..
241.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
