I sincerely did not think I would see a difference on the scale this morning. My first week of my first weight-loss attempt felt so haphazard and slipshod to me, that I really doubted I'd lost anything. I was okay with that, figuring that at least I was doing something differently, and would eventually see the number on the scale go a little lower.
I suppose I should take measurements too...I'll do that later today, and start keeping track of my waist/hip ratio.
Yay me!
