Heaviest weight ever. Need to recommit. Need to start living life on my terms, not the terms of my stress, depression, and addictions to alcohol, food, computers, and tv.

Have cut back on alcohol, am out of my current stock, and am not going to purchase any more wine for the house for the next month.

Am going to start recording what I eat and weighing in again.

Going to exercise 3X per week.

These are my new goals. Also, going to stop hating my body, feeling guilty and unlovable.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I wish you luck on your journey. We know how hard it can be to lose it, but so simple for it to sneak back up on us. Find one thing a day to compliment yourself on. Whether it be how you treat a waitress, to how nice your eyes are. GOOD LUCK!!
