definitely had more carbs than I was supposed to the last 2 days but I'm going back on track at full force tomorrow. Back to 1 gallon of water a day with apple cider vinegar, intermittent fasting (only eating between 12p-8p), and 25g of carbs or less. Hoping this little cheat will actually help me ramp up the lbs lost. Also ordered ketone test strips, keto collegen protein powder, and ketones base powder. wish me luck!!
