Found yesterday a bit harder- keeping going for the extra 30 secs was difficult but will see how it is on Weds. Using "map my walk" to map distances- 5 k yesterday including walking the dogs- unbelievable.. found out my height has been wrong by 9 cms- that means my BMI is now in the normal range- Im delighted *****
