205 for more then a week finally a different number
204.6 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1252 kcal Fat: 67.62g | Prot: 88.54g | Carb: 38.36g.   Breakfast: Kraft 3 Cheese Pizza Shredded Cheese, Hannaford Whole Leaf Spinach,  Mushrooms ,  Butter,  Egg White,  Egg,  Coffee, Coffee-Mate Sugar Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Steak (Lean Only Eaten). Dinner:  Mixed Salad Greens, Bertucci's Tomato Mozzarella Caprese Salad, Steak. Snacks/Other: Enlightened Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar Ice Cream Bar, Smirnoff Spiked Sparkling Seltzer Cranberry Lime. more...
