I'm leaving town for 5 days tomorrow and I am going to do my best to stay on track. It is really hard when I am out of my "routine". I will be staying with family and friends so there isn't a lot of control over groceries, etc. I won't have access to a gym so I plan to improvise with at least just getting outside and walking. Wish me luck!
160.6 lb Lost so far: 64.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
