😁Chuffed with that! Had several glasses of wine last night. And then the Cadbury dairy milk called my name... So I ate 3 pieces. That was tough. I wanted to eat the whole thing!
Hope everyone is well!
172.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
