몸무게가 늘었다 ...
어제 수박을 정신줄 놓고 너무 먹었나..

맛있으면 0칼로리..
수박은 마이너스 칼로리 과일이라며.. ㅠㅠ
210.5 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
