Feeling pretty good today, even though my little girl is still running a fever. :( Got in 34 mins of cardio yesterday. Tried out the 8 min ab routine, and followed that up with some Tai bo. I wasn't overly fond of Tai bo though. :/ But I think I'll keep the ab program up. ^.^ Might join the challenge that's fixing to start about it. I also walked/jogged 2.1 miles yesterday in 39 mins. My lowest time yet. :D So I'm really proud of myself for it. The scale dropped a pound today too, so I'm feeling pretty good about myself this morning. Going to try and get in a workout and walking again today. I also need to hit the store at some point. We didn't go yesterday because Jules just wasn't feeling up to it. :(

Also to be done today, is Laundry, dishes, packing for leaving tomorrow afternoon. And I need to get a salad in for lunch. Mmmm Salad and potato soup. Yum. :) All in all the next few days are going to be busy busy busy. lol Oh and I have doctor check up tomorrow afternoon before I leave. :P Just a check up. ^.^
284.5 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 84.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Getting started early like many in here are. I've tried two different 8 minute abs routines, both are good. I'm excited to get my abs in shape--it's only been 2 days & already my pants fit better. Yay!! :)

I can still feel soreness in my abs from what I did yesterday. lol. I'm going to try and fit it in everyday, but we'll see. I do alot of traveling this time of year. Holiday, festival, wedding, holiday, wives party, welcome home party, holiday. lol. Weekend after Weekend. I only have one unplanned weekend left in November.

Woman... you are a workout machine!!!! Where ya going this weekend? When are you going to get to see your hubby next? Are you telling him about your progress or are you gonna surprise him?

I'm going to my Mom's for Halloween. :) We dress up as witches, hand candy out, It's alot of fun. :) December-January will be the next time I see my hubs, and I haven't seen him since June. He knows I'm losing weight and has seen some pictures. But I know I'll be even smaller by the time he gets home. ^.^ Just going to keep working at it.
