Just recently started my diet plan again I gain loads of weight😔 I will be sure to stick to my diet this time
276.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Strict “diets” are very hard to maintain over a lifetime. Any way of eating that spawns guilt, feelings of deprivation are seldom successful. IF you can learn reasonable portion control and a philosophy of eating healthier most of the time and less healthy items once in a while —- and you make a concerted effort to create an activity program for yourself that you actually like to do, you CAN make this a less painful process. Remember, weight control is a lifelong endeavor but you can totally do this.
