I kind of cheat everyday that I work and jump on the scale at the start of the day. We all weigh in on Tuesdays at the office, but I get too antsy so I check it a couple times a week. I sure was surprised. I'd been a little sluggish since the weekend and hadn't really worked out much, just my usual nightly walks until last night. I ran majority of half a mile. I thought I'd stay steady and instead I lost two pounds.

I'm getting better at calorie counting too. I shoot for 1200, but I'm okay with 200 either direction depending on my appetite that day. Today I was 10 calories away from a perfect 1200. The fatsecret app is a major help, couldn't ask for a better weight loss tool. Losing weight is becoming easier by the day. It's crazy what a little commitment will do!
191.8 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 51.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
