I guessed a weight going off of my weight a couple days ago at my mother in low's gym, figuring I would have gained, and weighed myself this am. Pleasantly surprised!
166.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
