Ate big breakfast at cracker barrel :-(
204.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I LOVE Cracker Barrel, but hadn't realized how difficult it was to eat breakfast out, until we went there for Mother's day. I ended up with the Yogurt Parfait 'n Muffin (apple bran). Didn't do too much damage, but I sure missed my bacon and pancakes! Looks like you made up for it with a light lunch and exercise. It's nice to let loose once in awhile, as long as I'm ready to accept the consequences and plan accordingly. Better luck next time for both of us! We can do this!!
