that happened to .e a couple of years ago. I was using a product called the wondernut. I lost 25 kg in 3 months. but it didn't stick. after a year I gained back all that weight plus another 5 kg. if you aren't on any weight loss products (except Herbalife because that's more natural and just assists in weight loss) you're heading in the right direction. or your scale might be broken. let's hope it's not the latter.
