so... My last weigh in was at the end of August, right before I went on my vacation to North Carolina. I spent the week visiting family, eating Delicious fatty and fried southern food and I pretty much got off track for the next 2 months! I worked out today and was so winded it was embarassing. As of today I'm getting back on track with my 2K a Day diet and I will be breaking a sweat atleast 4 days a week.
