Been so busy and it really has helped me curb my appetite except that I've also been hosting events & participating in potlucks. That doesn't help. But, so busy that I haven't been able to relax & sit down. Been losing a little bit just from keeping super active. But, I do miss the gym routine & more relaxation. Hopefully, I will get my life balanced out soon...but seeing as the holidays are soon approaching...I may just be dreaming.
130.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
