Fat to Fit 88's Journal, 05 June 2020

I had a relatively good week, and see my loss is averaging out. The first week is always the biggest drop. I am still maintaining a good pace, so I am happy with the results. Have a great weekend all.
204.6 lb Lost so far: 48.9 lb.    Still to go: 56.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
