You are supposed to weigh yourself once a week on the same day, same time. you have lost 3.5 kgs from 1 June. Why are you moaning? 100 grams is the weight of wee or the extra glass of water you drank or something silly like that. Stop obsessing and enjoy life. Take a walk, meet some friends! If you are followin a healthy and sensible eating plan, it will take care of things. If you are following a fad, well...

I weigh myself every day 😊 as I am doing the daily challenge. Keeps me focused and also helps me learn which foods I'm hanging on to - if you see what I mean ;)

Tania can you please stop being such a bitch??? You keep commenting on people's post with your wisdom, but with a nasty streak! You weight nearly 200kg ffs!! I dont think you a best person to be giving advice to anyone, or at least start taking it yourself first before you judge and put down others. People have different ways which work for them so let them be, stop your anti Muslim, anti success and jealous comments and focus on stopping killing yourself instead!!!

Don't worry, it will be okay! Happened to me as well,my weight went up for a few days and then I was advised on here to drink more water, so I did 4 litres a day for 2 days and lost 1.5kg😅

I weigh myself every morning so it gives me clearence on what to eat . often a small gain like this can be water retention or even a reaction to certain foods . I bloat and put weight on easy if I eat carbs so I opted for low carb diet. Give things time and dont worry too much about a small gain . if your sticking to calorie intake maybe look at what your eating and maybe do a diary to see what foods you react to . chin up move on and dont let it disheartened you . x

Fuck off, TomWard83! I do have wisdom because I have been dealing with weight issues since I was in primary school. I have been under dietitians, diet groups, health centres, gyms - the lot. I even had bariatric surgery which cost me my health. I did not put her down. I applauded her weight loss and advised her not to fret. Stop being a snowflake. As for your comment about Muslims, I don't know why you are taking being pro my religion as being against other religions. You are clearly a bigoted person yourself who sees fault and takes offence at everything around him.

I don’t think One.Pigott wanted their post to be a slanging match. Tania there are ways to make your points. There is no gospel way to lose weight (though burning more calories than you eat makes a fool of me on that statement) we can just share our experiences both successes and failures. Support is the key.
