Ok. I am a little pissed off:-))) Because I still weigh 70ish! But again today I saw that I weigh 100 grams less so for that I am happy. Fast ot slow at least I am losing weight.
Today it is sunny so I will go out and run.
Starting from tomorrow I will follow some instructions of this trainer I met to have a perfect figure. She says 30 minutes fast walking, 30 minutes running and put some very fast itunes and dance with them 20 minutes. Then the crunches ( 100 because of the challenge) lunges, exercises for the arms and chest and finisshhhh!
So I think it will take like 2 hours. I am really motivated so I am sure I will be able to do all of those.
I don't want to repeat myself but I really want to see the number 6 on the scaleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Ok so I got a phone call from a good friend of mine who lives in Spain and she told me that she will be here for the new years and she is planning to organize a house party! She will invite lots of friends some of whom I have not seen for a long time. These people know me as a slim person. Oh no! I can imagine the looks. Believe me I get looks all the time these days whenever I see a person that I didn't see for a long time. I hate those looks. They look like very surprised but at the same they don't want to show you that they are surprised so instead they do they say some stuff which make them even more weird!
Well, I have to go to this meeting so that means I have to double the exercises. I already eat well so I am not going to cut down on food. I don't want to become ill just because of these people.I will exercise more. Now that I am motivated I am ready to double up the exercise program.
At least if I weigh in 65 kilos by new years, I will feel better. And you know when you lose weight exercising you look more toned up!
With make up, nice hair do and stuff I think I can do it.
Ok so even writing here I feel lighter:-)))
155.6 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You are being way too hard on yourself. Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't you lose four pounds this week? ( You say kilos. I don't know how to convert it.) But that's pretty impressive. You should be very proud!! You're eating well and losing and exercising and getting healthy. The party crowd -- they'll be happy to see you. People, in general, are much more concerned with themselves. Don't think so much about what others think. Just enjoy yourself!!

Debbra I have missed myself being slim so much that I am really hard on myself you're right. When I got that phone call I was also excited and happy but a little part of me got very angry with myself for putting on so much weight. That's why I think I was a little bit upset. Thanks for giving me moral support. I am really happy to be on Fatsecret. Thank you.
