Covid Start. Gaining weight after 3 months of covid crazy at home.
Today I start new and work toward the future. At home alone and not working now is a real challenge. Being separated from everyone due to health issues is losing my job has kicked me on my butt.

Starting to work in my patio garden, talking with at least 3 family and friend members everyday. Time for me to MOVE into a new me. Fat Secret helped me before.
242.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 110.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
