If you keep a food journal, its easier to track your salt intake and any other food you take in...water is important..hard to say whats causing the up in your graph ..but this is all a learning process of what you can an cant have from meal to meal...gettin the weight off is a meal to meal challange that takes time an consistency....hang in ther !!!

Hold on!!! Put down the cookies, lol! It's not a real gain, it takes 3500 additional calories to gain just ONE pound. It's sodium and/or water weight. TRUST ME. Suggestion: you may not want to weigh everyday if fluctuations are going to disturb you this much.

Destini, Don't do this to yourself. You should only weigh in once a week. Our weights can fluctuate so much from day to day that weighing in so often is not a good idea (in my opinion). I know from my own side I do drink plenty of water, and there's the rub. Water weighs over 6 lbs gallon and a person retaining or just having a "thirsty" day can easily adjust their weight by close to that. Be patient. Weigh in weekly and you'll be amazed. (Also...don't fall off the wagon.)

Are you counting carbs? Don't get discouraged, just re-read the Atkins book and try to see what you might not be doing. Some people are sensitive to aspartame in sugar-free drinks and Aktkins doesn't recommend using them. Try the splenda ones. Also, you are supposed to count 1 serving of sugar-free sweetener as 1 net carb. It might help to re-read the book to see if you are following it correctly. I also aggree with keeping a food log. Without one, it is hard to analyze what you might be doing wrong. I only do well if I keep track of what I am eating every day. It could be the sodium too, and the recommendation to only weigh in weekly is a good one.

you could not have gained that much weight in one day unless you ate half the food in a 7-11, ha! Has to be bloat! I get in the habbit of getting on the scale every day too which is a bad thing, take a scale break and just keep doing what you know is right! Drink water and do some good cardio!
