Holding steady at 145 for the last 3 days even after having had stomach flu! I thought I'd drop a couple of pounds! Must have been due to inactivity. Today is supposed to be a run day for me so we'll see if that helps.
I can't lie - this scares me that I'm going to plateau at 145 and not going to be able to get past it. It's not fun to follow a restricted calorie plan so carefully and not lose any weight... all I can do is hang in there - stick with it - and hope for better numbers on Wednesday! I'm doing a great job and I'm getting healthier every day. AND I'm looking and feeling better too!
