I think it has been 10 days since beginning with this app on my Droid. Recording the food intake alone is enough to keep up the awareness of what I am doing and helps the discipline. Now to get back into the exercise habit.
203.4 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
