Another 4 pounds !!!!!! I'm so happy. My friend who is also fallowing the same diet(down 31 pounds)and I Decided to celebrate. We got Manicure,Pedicure and got hair extension. We look amazing !!! Brand new women. My husband is away on business. He will not be expecting the new me. What fun it is to take care of yourself.I haven't done this in years.

182.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb. Still to go: 37.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 4.0 lb a week
