I reached my primary goal.. I try to see if I can bring it down another 10 pounds and that is it. The focus is on muscle mass growth and fat percentage reduction . Those who interested in what I do... here is brief version... Exercise daily - %50 Cardio %50 Resistance training, Eat lots protein (my weight-175 X my fat percentage %20 =140 grams of daily protein), Don't go over 1500 calories per day, No Processed Sugar, No Grains, No pasta and no potato for me. Eat lots of Greek yogurt, Frozen fruits, Chicken, turkey and Fish and shrimp. If you get hungry, simply eat. not go hungry. I eat lots baby carrots, cucumbers, cauliflower, fresh green beans and tomatoes. That sums it up. What I do may not fit your situation, ask your doctor and he can help you with medication as well - I sure did. Good luck in your journey to healthy and being fit.
