It has been a year since I was last on this app. Now I’m have to work through the bad habits picked up from our “stay at home” order. My store was in temporary closure for 6 weeks and I had put on 7kg. I work in retail normally on my feet for 9+ hours a day and that dropped significantly from being home. I’m just getting back to work and hoping to be more consciences of what I’m eating.
