Fat to Fit 88's Journal, 29 May 2020

This week was challenging. The cold did not make it easy to stick to salad, veggies and fruit. I stuck it out and am so happy about the results. Have a fantastic Friday everyone. :-)
207.9 lb Lost so far: 45.6 lb.    Still to go: 60.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
