My weight is going the wrong direction. I'm not dispairing, but I am thoroughly annoyed. A lot of my annoyance could be at my beautiful darling husband who was up until 2:30 in the morning. This means the TV and lights were on until I got him into bed and turned off said items. I didn't sleep well while he was up and once he went to bed I was wide awake. Ugh. So now I'm tired and crabby.

I'm a little better now that the day's half over, but it's a long way to go. I'd really rather just go home and go to bed, but there is an AWANNA celebration dinner tonight. And then I'll be home. So I'm hoping for 8:30. Hopefully he'll be in bed too.
219.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 69.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What kind of workout are you doing to lose weight?

I just started a water aerobics class at the gym I'm going to. There is also some weight work that I've been neglecting recently.

I see well just stay motivated, its hard work but if you really want to lose weight you can. Just takes commitment. I have a son, go to school full time and work, and manage to fit in LEs mills combat its a beachbody program. They have awesome programs that you can do inhome. I have lost 47 pounds just since Jan 2013. Dont give up. Watch what you eat diet it important.

I LOVE Les Mills Combat! I didn't know beachbody had it. I'll have to check that out. The gym I used to go to had Combat which is how I lost about 40 lbs. Thank you for the encouragement and information. I appreciate it!!

The Les Mills Series of workouts are great! I really enjoy the BodyPump classes. I even read a review comparing BodyPump to P90X and BodyPump was rated very favorably!

I am doing Les Mills Pump, that is another awesome workout, I am finishing up the first phase which is 5 weeks long. I may have to try Combat.

I will look into Combat as well since I'm hooked on the Les Mills programs. I'm also looking into a TRX class since it looks interesting.

Les Mills Pump is seriously changing my body during this month. I love it, I think I found my soul mate workout! I can't wait to see the end result.

Make sure to take pictures! I'm sorry I didn't take more thorough pictures and measurements when I started. I know there's been big changes but it would be fun to see just how much. :)

I just started month 2 insanity yesterday, then its T25 but I think Les Mills still my all time favorite, on my off days I do LMC workouts LOVE IT :)
