UUUUGGGHHHH....... Maybe too much sodium or something.... I feel sooooooo bloated, and gassy!! LOL maybe it was the brussel sprouts! LOL. Still not enough water, Its hard to get it down sometimes!!!! LOL. Im usually pretty good about my water though so im hoping this bloat, and "stuff" will go away soon.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week

when i first started drinkin more water an got bored with it...i use to buy a box of koolade i got at walmart..it had 10 sleeves in it with flavored kool aid...hardly any calories...was sugar free...just a thought for you..one sleeve per 10 oz of water...

I can tell a huge difference in my weigh ins with how much water I drink. Maybe you can add lemon to it or something. Or if you have the trouble I do, you just run out of time in the day,... that's where I'm at. I have two juicy juice bottles in my frige that I measure my 64 oz each day and I have yet to empty both of them. But if I don't at least empty the one I loose very little and sometimes gain. I weigh myself everyday though too, I think that may be bad?

I agree, water is the best at "clearing things up"! LOL! There are the flavor packets like Crystal Light and such, I find for me that decaf tea (specifically green tea) helps me to drink more water. I like the fruit flavored teas, like rasberry. And, it could be the brussel sprouts! ;)

It helps me to get it down if it has some flavor. I like freshly squeezed lemon juice and adding my own sweetener. I use stevia, but splenda will do. I also drink a lot of herbal teas.

i drink a lot!!! Well you know what I mean!!!LOL a lot of crystal light and stuff with splenda, I just need more plain water I bet.I drink loads of it in the summer cuz its hot and I drink it with lots of ice, this makes it taste better (i think). But when its so cold I dont want Ice. and the plain water isnt as appealing....BUUUUUUUTTTT.... I have done really well with my water today so hoping ill down a lb tommorrow. Thanks for your suggestions! Luv U

I understand the temperature thing, the super cold water with ice just hit's my stomach like a rock! My trick was to keep some bottled water in the house and I just drank it out of the case. That made the water special, I would splurge at times and get the "good" stuff (I love Evian and one other artisan water... came from Kroger's, can't recall the name). We kept it on the back porch (enclosed) so it wasn't as cold as the fridge, but it was a little chilly. I also have sensitive teeth so I have also been known just to drink water at room temp. Hope the best for the week for you and TTYL!
