no pain no gain. i've still been eating junk. i exercise 1 to 2 times a week for 2 hrs, buring 1000 calories. i need to get my diet in check in order to loose weight. Ray has lose 15 lbs by eating smaller portions and making better food choices. my clothes are getting too tight. yuck!
192.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes me too, I have been out of control in the last few weeks. The thing is to get back into excercising and brush your teeth often, you won't be apt to get them dirty.
