OK - I know my weight is not good this go-round. We were gone on vacation for 12 days, then, come home to a holiday week-end. On a cruise, there is sooooo much food, you just can't seem to turn it down all the time. I did really good the first 3 days, but, then, after that, I started adding back in - breads and desserts. My husband and I walked on the ship's jogging path the first 3 days, then the next 3 days we were at ports of call, so, the only walking we did was around the ports we visited and back/forth to the ship. I did get some swimming in though, both on-board and out at port. After the cruise, we spent 4 days with our Daughter and her family in Columbus, Georgia - eating out every night. And, now, it is memorial week-end, where everything centers around FOOD. After today though, it is back to my taking control once again. After all, I have a 45 year class reunion coming up in September, so, that is a good reason to stick to my plan. Have a safe and healthy Memorial Week-end everyone. Blessings, Brenda
