well im doing considerably well considering what going on right now...........I just really dont want to give up and Im working really hard.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week

Mike gives good advice, as usual. 7lbs already (in just 10 days)!! Nice dip for your first stretch. Now settle in to your new habits and keep plugging along :)
