👋🏼Roxy, I used to think the same thing so I tried to stop eating after 7p. After testing the theory, I found that it didn't matter when I ate, only how much. What I did was focus on CICO and I started making progress. Keep trying to figure out what works for YOU until you find the right "formula" and you'll be able to reach your goal🤙🏼
