Scale at 143.2 but not without the help of a water pill. Weekend eating is still not controlled. It's not over eating...it's irregular eating and eating out. I need to find the answer.
143.2 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
