Struggling to keep my weight stable since I gave up smoking two weeks ago.
131.4 lb Lost so far: 44.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hear you! I quit a month ago and the incessant hunger and snacking was hectic. But hang in there! You have this community to keep you accountable and to keep you motivated. I suggest getting the Flamy app in Google play store. Puts a ton of things in perspective and makes you want to progress in your non smoking journey
