No loss, No gain.
Exercise. some pain.
Sore throat. No voice.
Good food. My choice.
Looking good. staying sane.

This week I'll lose.
more work, less snooze.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
