Feeling great! Thanks to my improved nutrition, I feel like everything in my body is improving, including cognition, alertness, and energy. Working out is tough but I have to trim up these lazy muscles!
111.4 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
