Went up .2 pounds. It's not the end of the world. It's better than up 2 pounds but I want to be consistently losing. I'm going to watch the cheat meals and amp up exercise this week.
207.9 lb Lost so far: 13.1 lb.    Still to go: 49.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
