The last time i recorded a weight from my phone.. it didn't stick. I was 238.6, today i'm 236.2.. so i've lost two pounds. It's going in the right direction.. but i've still set myself back.. and that upsets me. Oh well.. some progress is better then no progress.
236.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 76.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
