This is it! I'm no longer going to indulge in lockdown emotional eating, I was on such a good path, lost 8kg, and then lockdown happened. since lockdown started I have now picked up 3kg. Turning a new page.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 May 2020:
1436 kcal Fat: 57.70g | Prot: 73.66g | Carb: 125.88g.   Breakfast: Safari Seedless Raisins, Montagu Mixed Nuts Roasted & Salted,  Fruit Salad, Woolworths Full Cream Plain Yoghurt. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese (Reduced Fat) , Pick n Pay Rustic Minestrone Soup. Dinner:  Cheddar Cheese (Reduced Fat) , Albany Ultima Multigrain Brown Bread,  Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken Drumstick (Skin Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Air Popped White Popcorn ,  Red Table Wine ,  Tea with Milk,  Coffee with Milk,  Red Delicious Apples. more...

Same here - 3kg! Too many trips to the kitchen, too much comfort eating. Lets get rid of it!
