Walked 3.3 miles today; beautiful day!!! Had to change my upper body apparel 3x, though, as it warmed up really fast. I kept circling my house so I could make the change, finally ending up in a basic t-shirt, as the temp had hit 70 degrees. The walking challenge is in its fourth and final week. I hit 50 miles last week (55.3), so this brings my grand total to 58.6 miles. I hopped back on the Stairmaster, as well, but mistakenly put in 25 minutes rather than 20. The 25-minute routine is too hard for me right now without using my forearms for extra support during the harder portions of the routine. I need to go back to 20 minute routines where I can do them clean. I think back on all the times in the gym I'd see people draped all over the support railings and console (which makes it easier) and then talking it up how they did an hour at level bazillion. Whatever. Today is Day #7 without ReddiWip and no sugar alcohols.

Love that graph: all downhill from here! _____________ Know what you mean about the gym-posers: there was always one (or 2 or 3) with massive weights that were obviously far more than they could manage. Maybe 5 movements then rest for 2 minutes, another 5 pushes, rest... meanwhile the queue grows.
