Tomorrow is my last full week of work for a while. My new goal is to walk the days I do not work (the long walk) and start to do sit ups and leg lifts. I am so out of shape! I am going to start slowly, and hopefully see some results by end of June. I am also watching my carb and meat intake - I have been using my nutribullet daily and really feel good about the amount of fruits and vegs I eat.
