I weighed myself this morning.. I still feel good about yesterday. Enough though I'll be getting home late I'm still going to go walk,run,jog for an hour...I'm do my best to do the x box or start on the p90x dvd today..I have to do better. This may be the cure for my breathing problems I have at times and headaches so why not do my best to improve.I'm tired of seeing everyone else success story I want to see my story inspire.
