Feeling better now. :-) Will start counting calories today. Cannot start working out till Saturday. Burn approximately 1400 calories without exercising per day. With exercise approximately 2100 calories per day. Plus higher muscle density increases bodies calorie requirements.
124.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
