Gotta love that prednisone 😩😂 oh well, this is part of my journey that just is. I know it will come off again. Just a set back. Just 💦. I mean, I was doing perfectly all week and then got hooked on this new show on TNT like 👀 called Snowpeircer. Yep, may have to binge watch it. But I may have got into the dang White Castle sliders. But my average for the week was still really good!! Just gotta slam some water and get back to #BootyBuilders with my friends ♥️💪🍑🦵🏻🔥🔥
203.0 lb Lost so far: 62.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awe thank you my friends Shirfleur, skinny and damablack 🤗♥️ Darn sliders lol!! I never eat those!! I was at the edge of my seat eat that show and wanted a snackages and..... well 2 packs of sliders later😂😂😂😂 I know that’s not what caused the gain, but I need to steer clear of those!! I did so good with my macros this week. I’m setting a goal to break through 197 in 2 weeks. My weight before prednisone was pretty much stuck I think from the workouts and building muscle?? I’m not sure. This 2 weeks will give me time to keep up with my WOE and drop the water weight and hopefully my body will drop weight from the exercises. We got this friends🙌💪🤗♥️♥️♥️💜💚🌈🌈✨✨☘️☘️

Hey JC my friend, 💖 did you look at the package of the White Castle sliders to see how the sodium count is? 🍔 I think those things are full of sodium and fat and some sugar and then you have the carbs in the Buns. 🍱 those types of food are double trouble to me. Especially when I'm on prednisone. I hold onto the water and the salt and the carbs so easily. It is so hard to get that back off. I'm trying to drink lots of water right now, because I put on a pound and I know it's salt and carbs from the beach. 🏄‍♂️ 🏄‍♀️ 🍔🛳 We got this my friend! 💛 💚 💜 🏋️‍♀️👍💪🤗

Hi my skinny 🤗♥️ I hear ya!! Honestly, I have not had them in years so hopefully I got it out of my system lol. Yesterday was the only day I went over in calories, so I’m not going to beat myself up over it. I’m so used to this prednisone game at this point. We got this friend ♥️💪 I have been doing really well with the eating, minus last night and have been 💪, and got a great workout in today🤗🙌🍑🦵🏻💪🔥 Tonight is salmon and asparagus 😋💜💚
