Imagine my surprise when I got on the scale and saw a loss of nearly 1.5 pounds. Last week was HORRIBLE for me. Gee, I'm sensing a theme here, seems like I've been saying that a lot lately. Well, it's time to dust myself off and get back on the horse, I guess. I promised myself that I would get a 90 minute massage when I fall below 200 so I'm really looking forward to that.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
