With us not being able to go out to gym and exercise I have been battling to maintain the 60kg, but now we can go walking and running between 06h00 - 09h00 hopefully I can get back to 60kg in not time.
Everyone stay strong and stay safe
136.7 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
