After a week of all exercise the previous week and only losing 1.8lbs, this past week I didn't exercise at all and lost 2.0lbs. Going to try to exercise everyday again this coming week and see what the results are. Staying super faithful with my calorie intake!
180.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
